If you have your website designed by us then you will receive your first full year completely free of website hosting costs (everyone needs to pay subscription costs for a website no matter which provider you’re with).

• After this year has expired, we will let you know via email and you will need to pay the standard costs for Squarespace to host your website and domain (example.com.au).

• Most of our websites fall into the ‘Personal’ category which is $22 per month if paying monthly and $192 per year if paying yearly (27% discount is yearly). See all of Squarespace payment plans here.

This is an optional extra for business owners who would like to have ongoing support for their website in addition to our website package.

We don’t do lock-in contracts so you can opt out anytime (although we appreciate 1 months notice). It includes:

• 2 hours of Website Content/Design Support per month. Which could be anything from adding extra features to your website to updating some copy or changing your design.

• 2 hours of Technical Support per month. So we can assist at anytime with any issues that came up for you.

• Update your images at anytime. Just email us over your images and we will upload these to your site for you.

• Monthly security audits and updates to relevant software for a secure website.

• Monthly updates of software to ensure your website is up to date and relevant with the latest technology.

• Monthly back-ups of your website to prevent any data loss.

• Monthly site performance tests and optimizations. Browser and device testing.

• Ongoing content audits. Analyzing old content to ensure it’s up to date and relevant for SEO.

This our hourly fee for any updates or website changes you would like to make after your 1 month of support has expired if you had your website with us.

• This can include anything from changing some copy to doing design work on your website or adding images for you.

• If you would like advice on making any changes or updates yourself we are always more than happy to help free of charge.
